Amarilio Authors Article on New Word Limits for Appellate Briefs in January 2016 CBA Record

Taft attorney Jonathan B. Amarilio wrote the cover story for the January 2016 issue of the CBA Record. The article, "The Amendment to Supreme Court Rule 341: Why One Seemingly Minor Change Will Transform the Way We Write," discusses what the recent adoption of word-limits for appellate briefs means for lawyers.

Amarilio is an associate in Taft’s Litigation group. He focuses his practice on civil appellate litigation.
