Taft partner Stephen M. Griffith has been selected as the 2015 Cincinnati Bar Association Real Property Law Practitioner of the Year for his accomplishments in real estate law over his 30+ year career. Griffith will be presented with the award on Dec. 11 at the Real Property Institute.

Griffith is primarily involved in the representation of lender, real property developer, investor and corporate clients in various types of real property transactions, including acquisition, development, and zoning, zoning and land use litigation, construction contracts, design and engineering contracts, all forms of financing, real property loan workouts, retail, office and industrial leasing, and real property tax valuation proceedings.
