Taft attorney Tim Sullivan wrote the article “Honoring the Trust Agreement: Puhl v. U.S. Bank” for the September/October 2015 issue of Probate Law Journal of Ohio. In the article, Sullivan indicates that Puhl illustrates how the grantor of a revocable trust can maintain control of her trust property during her lifetime without exposing her trustee to liability for letting her exercise that control.

Sullivan is a partner in the firm’s Litigation group. He has devoted a substantial portion of his time to the representation of businesses in disputes with their customers and other consumers, as individuals and as class representatives, who have asserted claims arising under state and federal consumer protection acts.
