Rust Elected Chair of Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired Board of Trustees

Taft partner Mary L. Rust has been elected chair of the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) Board of Trustees. She has been a trustee since 1999 and has chaired the development committee and served on the strategic planning, executive and compensation committees of the board over the last 16 years. Rust is the first woman to chair the board in the association’s 104-year history.

Rust is a member of Taft’s Private Client group. Her principal practice areas include estate planning, trust and estate administration, and charitable planning, including advising private foundations.

CABVI provides counseling, rehabilitation, information and employment services to people of all ages in an 11 county area. Through all of its programs and services, it strives to help those who are blind, visually or print impaired lead independent lives.
