Taft partner Mark J. Stepaniak traveled to the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association and Independent Bottlers Association’s 11th annual HR/IT conference in Charleston, S.C., which occurred the week of April 26. Stepaniak was the keynote speaker on April 27 and offered an HR Legal Update to the group.

Stepaniak represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation for employers in the federal and state courts involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, race and age discrimination, retaliatory discharge and wage and hour matters.
