Mullins Nominated as Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow

Taft Dayton Partner-in-Charge Jeffrey A. Mullins has been nominated to be a fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. Fellows are exceptional attorneys who give their time, talents and treasure to advance the law and build a better justice system in Ohio.

Mullins practices in the areas of health care and labor and employment law. He has spent more than 20 years building a successful practice in the Labor and Employment law area and focuses his practice on representing public and private sector employers in labor, construction and employment disputes, including Ohio and federal prevailing wage claims, union representation and unfair labor practice claims, labor arbitration, employment discrimination, wage and hour and employee leave of absence matters. He brings a wealth of experience to the counsel he provides his clients. Mullins is a leading authority on labor and employment issues and health care law, including the Affordable Care Act.

Mullins serves on the boards of the Kettering Medical Center Foundation, Downtown Dayton Partnership, Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, Miami Valley Human Resource Association, Better Business Bureau – Miami Valley, St. Leonard Foundation and the American Heart Association – Great Rivers Affiliate.
