Shefsky published two articles on entrepreneurs, "Money is Fungible; Capital Sources Are Not" (Jan. 12) and "Watch, Listen, Learn: How Entrepreneurs Gain Skills Through Observation" (Feb. 10), and was quoted in the Feb. 11 Upstart Business Journal article "The reinventors: They re-did it their way."

Shefsky advises entrepreneurs on a broad range of legal, financial and business matters and is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at Kellogg School of Management.
