David H. Philip R. Bautista is a partner with extensive experience in matters involving intellectual property. He advises clients on the management of their trademark portfolios and on the protecting and licensing of their brands. He has litigated numerous cases involving patents, copyrights and trade secrets.

Michael H. Diamant's practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property, trade secret, and computer-related law issues. He has litigated technology and computer-related matters before numerous courts and arbitration panels.

Michael J. Zbiegien represents companies in nation-wide class actions, consumer issues, employment issues, and insurance rates. He has experience in disputes related to technology issues, intellectual property, social media and cybersecurity issues.

He currently manages the Northern Ohio underwriting operations and is responsible for all specialty lines of business, including the fastest-growing new product offering, Cybersecurity.
