Chad Hansen, an associate in Taft's Dayton and Cincinnati offices, has published an article entitled "IRS sharpening its teeth in face of falling tax revenues" in the September 2009 issue of Dayton B2B Magazine.

His practice primarily centers on advising individuals and closely-held businesses concerning business and tax issues.  Mr. Hansen has been a frequent speaker on business and taxation topics and has written a monthly tax column and other articles for a number of periodicals.  He has served on various committees of local and national bar associations, including chairing the Dayton Bar Association’s Business Law and Taxation Committee.
