E-Verify Postponed Yet Again
April 17, 2009
For the third time the effective date of the new E-verify regulations for federal contractors and subcontractors has been suspended. Yesterday, the Federal Government agreed to postpone the effective date until June 30, 2009. Whether the regulations will remain as currently written remains to be seen. For now, this further reprieve is welcome news for federal contractors and subcontractors.
