Department of Labor Issues Model COBRA Notice

Yesterday, the Department of Labor issued the model COBRA notices that can be used to provide eligible individuals with notice of the premium subsidy and extended election periods under the ARRA. The model notices can be found at http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/COBRAmodelnotice.html.
