An article in the November 14 issue of the Cincinnati Business Courier examines a bill introduced by state senator and Taft attorney Bill Seitz.  The bill "would prevent 'double dipping' by plaintiffs who file lawsuits in state courts while making the same claims against trusts set up by bankruptcy courts."
