Russell Leu, the managing attorney in Taft's Beijing, China office, has published an article in the China Daily, China's national English language newspaper.  "Claiming Name Fame" examines the growing need for Chinese celebrities, particularly athletes, to protect themselves by registering their names as trademarks.
