Patricia Pryor published the article "Paying Now to Avoid Paying Later: Conducting a Compensation Analysis that Complies with OFCCP's Requirements" in the June 2008 edition of the Employment Law Strategist.  On June 16, 2006, the OFCCP published Interpretative Standards for Systemic Compensation Discrimination under Executive Order 11246, by which the agency will determine whether systemic compensation discrimination exists.  This article discusses ways in which employers can conduct internal compensation reviews now to reduce the risks of future costly litigation.
