Jill May was the contributing Editor for Chapter 10, "Representation Proceedings and Elections." She also updated the Developing Labor Law with respect to representation election observers, balloting, mail ballots, defective ballots and challenged ballots.  Ms. May also recently submitted materials on the first supplement to the Fifth Edition on this same topic.
