Richard L Ferrell, an attorney in Taft's Business Restructuring and Creditor Rights practice, contributed this article to the May, 2008 issue of the American Bankruptcy Institute Real Estate Committee newsletter.  Ferrell examines the impact of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA) on the relationship between nonresidential tenants who have filed for bankruptcy protection and their lessors.
