Revised Form I-9 Update

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has just released an update announcing that employers must transition to the revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification no later than December 26, 2007. The revised form is available here or by clicking the link at the end of this article. Failure to use this revised Form I-9 by December 26, 2007, may result in fines and penalties. Therefore, employers should ensure that procedures are in place to use the revised Form I-9.
