INDIANAPOLIS, IN —Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announces that John C. Brown has joined the firm’s Business & Finance Group as an associate in its Indianapolis office.

Brown concentrates his practice on complex business transactions where he represents private equity and venture capital funds as well as strategic investors in various transactional matters.  Brown also provides routine corporate counseling services to the firm's institutional clients.

Brown graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law.
