Cincinnati, OH – Lori Walker Jeffries, a partner in the Business and Finance practice group at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, was recently elected to the Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Country Day School (CCDS). She is a 1990 graduate of CCDS.

Ms. Jeffries focuses her practice on corporate law, business acquisitions, lending and finance, real estate and securities. She received her bachelor's degree from Miami University and her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Curia. Ms. Jeffries was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2005 Ohio Rising Star.

Ms. Jeffries has been active in the community for many years. She served on the Madcap Puppet Theater Board from 2003-2009, including two years as president, and the board of Historic Southwest Ohio from 2003-2009, including two years as vice president. Ms. Jeffries currently volunteers for 100 Wise Women, a women’s mentoring group. In addition, she is involved in numerous projects at CCDS with the Parents’ Association and as a grade representative for the CCDS Annual Fund.

Ms. Jeffries is a resident of Terrace Park where she lives with her husband, Mikal, and three children, Ethan ‘19, Cole ‘21, and Oliver.
