« Back Malone Joins Northern Kentucky Office

Cincinnati, OH – David B. Malone has joined the Northern Kentucky office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP as Of Counsel in the Public Finance Practice Group. Malone joins Taft as it expands its services to private and public clients for traditional governmental bonds, revenue bonds, economic development bonds, and tax increment financings. Prior to joining Taft, Malone was the General Manager of the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky and formerly a Partner of Peck, Shaffer & Williams LLP. Malone served as underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, and bond counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable financing.
 
Malone serves on the Board of Advisors for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association.  
 
A resident of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Malone received his B.A. from Hanover College and his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He serves as Co-counsel to Trustees for the Bowling-Pfizer Heart Valve Settlement Funds.
