Cincinnati, OH – Lori E. Jeffries, John M. Mueller and Patricia Anderson Pryor have been named partners in the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.
Jeffries, a resident of Terrace Park, received her undergraduate degree from Miami University and law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Curia.
Jeffries' counsels clients on a wide variety of general business matters but her practice is concentrated on transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, bank loans and other financing transactions, real estate matters and securities offerings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Madcap Productions Puppet Theatre, co- vice president of the Board for Historic Southwest Ohio and is on the Boards of Coney Island, Inc. and Leisure Systems, Inc. Jeffries was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2005 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Mueller, a resident of Liberty Township, received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington. Mueller's practice is concentrated on intellectual property procurement, protection, enforcement, licensing and infringement analysis. His experience in these matters extends to all facets of intellectual property law including patent, trademark, copyright and trade-secrets law. Mueller is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a wide variety of fields and subjects.
Pryor, a resident of Bethel, Ohio, received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating Order of the Coif. While in law school Pryor served on the Editorial Board of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.
Pryor represents and advises employers in the litigation of federal and state labor and employment matters, in federal and state administrative proceedings and arbitrations, and in managing all aspects of the employment relationship. She is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and to employers and professional groups. Pryor is a graduate of the leadership program for Clermont County, Lead Clermont Class of 2003 and currently serves on the Boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Clermont County, the Community Resource Center and the Clermont County Library.
