Cincinnati, OH – Terrance Ashanta-Barker, an associate in the Business and Finance Department at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of FreedomYP, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Centers young professionals group.

Ashanta-Barker, a resident of the Greater Cincinnati area, received his undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University and law degree from The Florida State University College of Law. He is a board member of the Cincinnati Business Incubator and the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation. Ashanta-Barker is a volunteer for the Special Olympics and various other community service initiatives.
