Cincinnati, OH – Paige Leigh Ellerman, an associate in the Litigation Department at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been elected the 2006-2007 president of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law Alumni Association after serving as president-elect and treasurer of the Board.

Ellerman, a member of the Bankruptcy and Debtor/Creditor Rights Practice Group, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, graduating cum laude and obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating with magna cum laude honors. Ms. Ellerman served as editor in chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review during law school, and is a graduate of the 2005 Leadership Northern Kentucky Program sponsored by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Ellerman, a resident of Newport, Kentucky serves as the National Administrative District Director for the Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity for Women, Inc. and is the immediate past president of The Yearlings, Inc. She also is a member of the firms Professional Womens Resource Group and is an active member in both the Cincinnati Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Ms. Ellerman was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2005 and 2006 Super Lawyers Rising Star and was also selected as a 2006 Ohio Rising Star by Law & Politics and Cincinnati Magazine.
