Kevin W. Kirsch is scheduled to speak on "Licensing Strategies after MedImmune" at the Seventeenth Annual Seminar on Significant Developments in Computer and Cyberspace Law at the University of Dayton, School of Law.   Mr. Kirsch and his co-presenter, Rory W. MacLeod, Licensing Director, NCR, will cover the impact of the United States Supreme Court decision, MedImmune v. Genentech, on patent licensing strategies and arguably the elimination of the case and controversy requirement for infringers to commence Declaratory Judgment patent infringement actions.
