The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has made good on its promise to aggressively enforce federal contractors’ affirmative action obligations. With an ever expanding budget and workforce, the OFCCP is increasing the number and types of contractors that it is auditing and the amount of damages that it is seeking. The agency has also served notice that it intends to dramatically increase recordkeeping and compliance burdens in the near future. Join us for a discussion and question and answer session on government contractor employment obligations, including:
- Affirmative Action Obligations: Tips On Maintaining An Effective Program
- The OFCCP's Continuing Focus On Veterans And The Disabled
- New Proposed Rules That Would Dramatically Increase The Burdens On Federal Contractors
