Two Taft attorneys are on the agenda for the “2010 Annual Ohio Tax Course: A Complete Guide to All Business Taxes in Ohio,” sponsored by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Ohio Department of Taxation.

Mr. Nechemias will kick-off the second day of the seminar on Friday, August 13.  His discussion at 9:15 am is titled, “Ohio Pass-Through Entity Taxation: Increasing Visibility in Ohio’s Economy and an Initiative in Ohio’s New Tax Discovery Program.”

At 10:15 am on Friday, Mr. Mottley will discuss “Ohio Municipal Income Tax: Fundamental in Nature, but Complex in Practice.”
