Joe Parker is giving a presentation to the joint meeting of all the Northern and Southern District Judges at the Bench Bar Conference on Oct. 22. Mr. Parker will discuss the Report of the American College of Trial Lawyers Task Force on Discovery concerning suggested changes in the civil justice system.
