Kevin Kirsch and David Mancino will be speaking at the Cincinnati Bar Association's Intellectual Property Litigation Section's Semi-Annual IP CLE Seminar titled "Focus on IP Issues" on April 30th. Mr. Kirsch is Chair of the committee and will be moderating a panel on IP Litigation Management with panelists Steven W. Miller, Esq. of The Procter & Gamble Company and Martha Cutright Sarra, Esq. of The Kroger Co.  Mr. Mancino is one of the key note speakers and he will present a three-hour IP Boot Camp on IP Fundamentals, Avoiding the Pitfalls, Strategic Management and Patent Litigation.
