Acquiring Intellectual Property Assets from Distressed Businesses

Rick Ferrell, an associate in Taft's Cincinnati office who is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law, will speak at the January 9 meeting of the Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association (DIPLA) to be held at the Engineers Club of Dayton. CLE credit will be available to those attending.
