Jon Bryant will be speaking at the Association of Indiana Counties’ Annual Conference at the Belterra Casino in Switzerland County on September 24th. The workshop is entitled, “Maximizing Revenue Through Fee Based Services". Jon has also published an article on this topic, "Minding the Gap: How to Recapture Revenue Lost to Property Tax Cap".
