Bill Wagner presented at the Environmental Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association's CLE seminar entitled "Hot Topics in Environmental Law". He presented a half hour lecture entitled "Need to Know Issues When Defending Environmental Crimes and Parallel Proceedings" on Wednesday, June 25th at the IBA Education Center.
