David Peck, a partner in Taft's Cincinnati office, is a featured speaker at the Kentucky Public Human Resources Association Conference in Frankfort, Kentucky on May 15.  Mr. Peck will decode the alphabet soup of regulations affecting employers in a speech entitled "The ABCs of ADA, FMLA and HIPAA."
