David Peck was one of a panel of guest speakers before a special meeting of the Campbell County Planning and Zoning Commission.  The purpose of the meeting was to present information to the Commission on various aspects of the county as they relate to the Commission's drafting of County's Master Comprehensive Plan.  The panel include speakers from area businesses, trade associations and volunteer organizations.
