David Peck addresses Campbell County Fiscal Court.
David Peck gave a presentation to the Campbell County Fiscal Court on the status of land conservation efforts within the county and an update regarding the activities of the Campbell Conservancy. The presentation was made at the request of the County Judge Executive and included a discussion of PDR's (Purchase of Development Rights) as a land conservation tool.
