Majeed Makhlouf will be teaching a CLE course on "Road and Access Law: Successfully Handling Disputes," for the National Business Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. He will cover two topics:
- Abandonment and Vacation Considerations; and
- Trial Preparation and Litigation of the Road and Access Case.
