Majeed will provide a comprehensive overview of land use law.
Majeed Makhlouf will be teaching a CLE course on "Land Use Law: Current Issues in Subdivision, Annexation and Zoning," for the National Business Institute in Akron, Ohio. He will cover two topics:
- Be Alert to the Legal and Practical Considerations of Annexation; and
- Take a Comprehensive Look at Land Use Law.
