Tim Hurley serves on the Executive Committee of the Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar whose annual seminar is scheduled for August 9 and 10 in Cincinnati.  He will be the moderator for a panel which will discuss Hedge Funds.  Members of the panel include a Bankruptcy Judge from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, representatives from Imperial Capital and FTI Palladium Partners, and a partner in Latham & Watkins LLP's Los Angeles office.
