A panel of attorneys, including Rick Tomsick and Stephen Griffith Jr., will discuss recent legal cases, statutory and administrative developments in the law which are of particular interest to the real estate community, and which promise to loom ever larger in the real property practitioner’s world, including the recently effective “All Appropriate Inquiries Final Rule” of the EPA and changes in the law of eminent domain.
