Priestle Presents at the Ohio Attorney General's 28th Annual Conference for Public College and University Attorneys

Taft Cincinnati partner Evan Priestle participated in the Ohio Attorney General’s Annual Conference for Public College and University Attorneys on April 28-29. He presented on “Moving Past the ‘We Regret to Inform You…’: How to Avoid (and Win!) Failure to Hire and Failure to Promote Claims” and was joined by co-presenter Amy Ruth Ita, Section Chief in the Ohio Attorney General’s Employment Law Section. 

Priestle counsels and represents both public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His experience includes representing all manner of clients in lawsuits and administrative charges involving race, sex, age, and disability discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
