The hiring of minorities is just a first step in an on-going process. At Taft, we believe mentoring our younger associates is always important, but perhaps particularly so with minority colleagues. Each of our younger associates is teamed up with an experienced and accomplished member of our staff who can help our new associate acclimate to life at our firm and fully engage in all that our community has to offer. Our Professional Women's Resource Group offers additional support and networking opportunities for our female colleagues.
