Before joining Taft, Terrance served as a chemical engineer and business executive. Terrance is actively involved in the community and works on the boards and/or executive committees of the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation, the Cincinnati Business Incubator, and 100 Black Men of Greater Cincinnati. He is a founding member of FreedomYP, the young professionals association of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Museum. Terrance is also a mentor for the Young Bankers program which focuses on teaching inner-city youth financial literacy and fiscal management skills. Terrance believes that investing in the community is a great way for him to give back and to become the change that he wants to create in the lives of those who are less fortunate.
