- Primary point of contact through process

Professional Development
- CLE - monitor CLE expenses and policy, ensure attorney CLE compliance; provide CLE trainings
- Career Development Task Force
- Mentor Program
- Trainings - new attorney; assist with practice group trainings; attorney programs
Diversity Committee
Exit Interviews
ARCC Committee
Other duties that may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and candidates
- Availability to attend events that may be outside normal business hours

LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANT
Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, a nationally recognized law firm, has an outstanding opportunity in their downtown Cincinnati, OH office for a Litigation Legal Assistant.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of legal assistant/secretarial experience and proficient in Microsoft applications;ability to create and revise PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets; experience with Legal Bar and Outlook is beneficial, as well as knowledge of Nuance and Acrobat Pro. Thorough knowledge of legal secretarial litigation practices and procedures is needed, as well as a full understanding and knowledge of legal documents and court proceedings. Interpersonal skills are essential to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, lawyers and staff and to provide information with courtesy and tact. Must possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Creating, revising and maintaining legal documents, reports, correspondence, and electronic pleading files;
- Confidential and professional interaction and correspondence with other attorneys and personnel;
- Preparing client bills, maintaining billing files, working with Accounting Department to resolve billing problems and efficiently processing final billing statements and letters;
- Assisting other secretaries with overflow work as needed.
