Taft's Business and Finance Practice Group is seeking an associate attorney to join its Cleveland office. Attorney must have a minimum of one year of general corporate, transactional and finance experience and outstanding academic credentials. 

Dayton

Government Contracts Attorney
Taft's Government Contracts Law practice is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of government contract law experience. Experience should be in all phases of government contract work including protests, claims, disputes, internal investigations and compliance and should include at least 3 years of private practice experience. The ideal candidate would have excellent academic credentials.
