Michael Restle

Mike is responsible for the firm’s accounting systems, internal controls, budget management and financial reporting. Mike also manages the day-to-day accounting operations and provides leadership over a variety of strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s overall financial performance.

Joining Taft in 2015, Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and brings over 25 years of accounting and management experience to the firm. Mike works equally with attorneys and staff to ensure a collaborative, team approach to any issue.

A talented and experienced team in multiple cities helps Mike handle a number of other accounting and financial functions including:

• General ledger/financial statements/internal and external reporting 
• Accounts receivable / collections
• Client intake/conflicts
• Billing rates/client billing and special fee arrangements
• Time & billing system
• Accounts payable and expense management
• Banking, including LOC, leasing and financing structure
• Partner capital
• Risk management
