Summary
Kim concentrates her practice in transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial property, commercial and retail leasing, and portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kim was a real estate associate at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks and a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.
Kim is a recipient of the Excellence in Pro Bono and Public Interest Service Award from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Kim received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
