Zach Gordon is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where he is a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups.

Mr. Gordon received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2005 and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2009. His practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation, intellectual property litigation, trademark, unfair competition, trade dress, counterfeiting, dilution, false advertising, copyright, trade secret and licensing matters. Mr. Gordon routinely works with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to seek the prohibition, seizure and destruction of infringing and counterfeit articles imported into the United States.

Prior to joining Taft, Mr. Gordon was an associate with Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione in Chicago. He served as a Post Graduate Judicial Intern for Chief Judge James Holderman - N.D. Illinois prior to that.
