JASON H. BEEHLER brings a unique blend of artistry and maturity to his growing practice in the commercial litigation area. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Beehler worked for the Greater Columbus Arts Council for six years advocating for the arts at the local and federal level, developing cultural policies and programs, and assisting with all aspects of marketing and communications. As a law student, Mr. Beehler excelled at the trial practice, winning the prestigious CALI Award in Trial Practice and leading his Mock Trial team to victory. Mr. Beehler enjoys the intellectual challenge of finding creative solutions to business disputes and is rapidly growing into one of the firm’s finest young litigators.

Representative Experience

  • Assisted with research and revision of Respondent’s Brief on the Merits, and assisted with oral argument preparations in federal/state court jurisdiction case before the U.S. Supreme Court, Levin v. Commerce Energy, No. 09-223, Slip Op. (U.S. 2010)
  • Assisted with drafting a successful motion for summary judgment for clients defending against a will contest suit
  • Received monetary judgment for student clients in rent escrow case in landlord/tenant dispute – Ohio State Student Housing Legal Clinic (2009)
