PAMELA S. KRIVDA has over twenty years experience representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application.

In addition, Ms. Krivda regularly advises clients on day-to-day legal and human resource aspects of managing employees. To assist employers in running an effective operation from a human resource perspective, Ms. Krivda also creates and delivers management training programs specifically designed to teach effective employee management within the confines of the law.

Ms. Krivda has the distinction of being Board Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the practice of labor and employment law. She has also been recognized by her peers for excellence in the labor and employment law area and is listed in Best Lawyers in America and as an Ohio Super Lawyer.
