DAVID P. BENEDETTO is Of Counsel in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where he is a member in the Private Client Practice Group.
Mr. Benedetto practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, including related litigation. He received his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law Graduate Program in Estate Planning, his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and his B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University. Mr. Benedetto is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars in the areas of trusts and estates. He is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Florida.
