SARAH REES HAMILTON is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where she is a member in the Business & Finance Practice Group.

She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and commercial lending.  Prior to joining Taft, Ms. Hamilton practiced in Destin, Florida, and Charlotte, North Carolina, where she represented major financial institutions in regards to commercial mortgage loan portfolio servicing in connection with single-site and multistate loan defeasance, transfers, and consent requests for debt structures totaling approximately $5 billion.

Ms. Hamilton received her B.S., cum laude, in 2000 and her J.D. and M.B.A. in 2003, from Florida State University.
